	</dc:creator><dc:description>In light of the persisting economic crisis, momentum has been building in the European Union to embark, once again, on a path towards a more differentiated integration. The calls in favor of the so-called two-speed Europe have sounded increasingly loud and have come from diverse, but highly influential corners of European socio-political life.
