Vpliv uporabniške izkušnje pri SCADA proizvodnih sistemih
Magistrska naloga predstavlja raziskovanje vpliva uporabniške izkušnje na SCADA sisteme v procesni proizvodnji. Po ugotavljanju kriterijev za dober SCADA sistem in dobro uporabniško izkušnjo smo skozi pregled kritične literature in empirično raziskavo odgovorili na raziskovalni vprašanji in preverili postavljeni hipotezi o dodani vrednosti implementacije oblikovanja uporabniške izkušnje v proces nastajanja in uporabe SCADA sistemov.
Pri kriterijih za dobro uporabniško izkušnjo smo odkrili, kako pomembna sta prisostvovanje uporabnika v fazah nastajanja sistema ter način podajanja informacij. Pomemben kriterij za dober SCADA sistem je shranjevanje in nadaljnja manipulacija podatkov. Z ugotovitvami in odgovori na raziskovalni vprašanji smo potrdili hipotezo, da ima uporabniška izkušnja pomemben vpliv na uporabo SCADA sistema v proizvodnem procesu.
This master thesis researches the impact of user experience on the SCADA system in process production. After determining criteria for a good SCADA system and a good user experience, through review of critical literature and empirical research we could answer our questions and test the hypotheses whether there is an added value of implementing user experience design in the process of creating SCADA systems.
We found out, that criteria for a good user experience is for the user being involved in the early stages of system development and the way that information is presented while the system in already in operation. On the other hand, criteria for a good SCADA system is how data is stored and accessible for later manipulation. With answers to research questions we could confirm our hypothesis, that user experience has a significant impact on the use of SCADA systems in production processes.
