Prometna kultura in varnejši vozniki
Šola vožnje v učnih procesih že oblikovano osebo usposobi za voznika začetnika, ki se
pogosto ne zaveda posledic neupoštevanja predpisov in nepravilne vožnje, saj z njimi ni bila
dovolj nazorno seznanjena. Ko pride do nesreče, se pogosto sprašujemo, ali so šole vožnje
naredile dovolj, da bodo prihodnji vozniki upoštevali predpise in navodila inštruktorjev,
predavateljev tudi po opravljenem vozniškem izpitu. Torej, ali je šola vožnje kandidata
pravilno usmerjala. Da bi lahko dobili uspešne voznike, je treba oblikovati primerno
prometno-varnostno kulturo v družbi. Kljub temu da se ljudje med seboj razlikujemo, je
temelj družb, ki imajo nizko stopnjo umrljivosti zaradi prometnih nesreč, izoblikovana
prometno-varnostna kultura.
V nalogi smo analizirali možnosti za izboljšanje učinkovitosti učnih procesov v šolah vožnje,
predvsem z vidika privzgojenih osebnostnih lastnosti, ki bi bile temelj varnih in kulturnih
voznikov. Ugotoviti smo želeli s katerimi metodami in postopki bi lahko šole vožnje uspešno
vplivale na zavedanje prihodnjih voznikov o pomenu ustrezne varnostne kulture v prometu.
Cilj je ugotoviti ali imajo mladi vozniki sploh razvite osebnostne lastnosti, ki jim omogočajo
varno vožnjo ter ali bi lahko s primerno vzgojo v šolah vožnje povečali slovensko prometno-varnostno kulturo nevarnih voznikov.
Pri tem smo si pomagali s kombinacijo deskriptivnega in analitičnega pristopa. V analitičnem
delu naloge smo tako s pomočjo spletne ankete med slovenskim prebivalstvom analizirali
mnenje anketirancev o stanju prometne kulture pri nas in o možnostih izboljšav. Prav tako
smo predstavili nekatere primere dobre prakse iz tujine. Na osnovi opravljenega dela
ugotavljamo, da bi lahko s primerno vzgojo in izobraževanjem prihodnjih voznikov
prometno-varnostno kulturo v Sloveniji izboljšali. V nalogi smo skozi odgovore na
raziskovalna vprašanja dokazali, da je to mogoče.
The driving school trains an already trained person for a novice driver, who is often unaware
of the consequences of non-compliance with regulations and improper driving, as she was not
sufficiently familiar with them. When an accident occurs, we often wonder if driving schools
have done enough to ensure that future drivers follow the regulations and instructions of
instructors, lecturers even after passing the driving test. So whether the driving school guided
the candidate properly. In order to be able to get successful drivers, it is necessary to create an
appropriate traffic safety culture in the company. Despite the fact that people differ from each
other, the foundation of societies that have a low mortality rate due to traffic accidents is an
established traffic safety culture.
In this paper, we analyzed the possibilities for improving the efficiency of learning processes
in driving schools, especially in terms of nurtured personality traits that would be the
foundation of safe and cultural drivers. We wanted to find out with which methods and
procedures driving schools could successfully influence the awareness of future drivers about
the importance of an appropriate safety culture in traffic. The aim is to determine whether
young drivers have developed personality traits that enable them to drive safely and whether
they could increase the Slovenian traffic safety culture of dangerous drivers by appropriate
education in driving schools.
We used a combination of descriptive and analytical approaches. In the analytical part of the
paper, we analyzed the opinion of the respondents about the state of traffic culture in Slovenia
and about the possibilities for improvement with the help of an online survey among the
Slovenian population. We also presented some examples of good practice from abroad. Based
on the work performed, we conclude that with appropriate education and training of future
drivers, the traffic safety culture in Slovenia could be improved. In the thesis, we proved
through the answers to the research questions that this is possible.
