Opis:Uvod: Hrbtenica je osrednji del kostnega sistema in ima ključno vlogo pri prenosu sil ter teže telesa med gibanjem in v stoječem položaju. Hrbtenico karakterizirajo štiri fiziološke krivine: vratna lordoza, prsna kifoza, ledvena lordoza in križnična kifoza. Spremembe drže telesa in prisotnost različnih patologij lahko privedejo do sprememb v poravnavi hrbtenice in izgube naravnih krivin hrbtenice. Ocena hrbtenice je ključnega pomena pri prepoznavanju odstopanj v predelu hrbtenice, zato so se za ocenjevanje hrbtenice razvile različne metode in merilni instrumenti. Cilji: Namen diplomskega dela je preučiti in predstaviti najpogostejše fizioterapevtske pristope ocenjevanja hrbtenice in najpogosteje uporabljene instrumente pri ocenjevanju hrbtenice. Cilj diplomskega dela je na podlagi pregleda literature ugotoviti, katere metode in kateri instrumenti se najpogosteje uporabljajo za ocenjevanje hrbtenice Metode: V pregled literature je bilo vključenih 41 raziskav iz podatkovnih baz Science Direct, Google Učenjak, ProQuest, PubMed in PEDro. Raziskave so bile objavljene med letoma 2014 in 2024, v slovenskem ali angleškem jeziku. Rezultati: Najpogosteje uporabljene metode ocenjevanja so bile: fotogrametrija, meritve z inklinometrom in topografske metode. Najpogosteje uporabljeni instrumenti so bili programi za analizo slik pri metodah fotogrametrije, digitalni in gravitacijski inklinometer ter IDIAG M360 Spinal mouse naprava. Zaključek: Za ocenjevanje hrbtenice poznamo metode in instrumente. V pregledu literature so najpogosteje uporabljene metode vključevale fotogrametrijo, meritve z inklinometrom in topografijo. Najpogosteje uporabljeni instrumenti so bili programi za analizo slik in inklinometer. Nadaljnje raziskave bi bile pomembne za razvoj in uveljavljanje novejših metod za uporabo v praksi in v raziskovalne namene.

Opis:Introduction: The spine is the central part of the skeletal system and plays a key role in transmitting forces and body weight during movement and in an upright posture. The spine is characterized by four physiological curves: cervical lordosis, thoracic kyphosis, lumbar lordosis and sacral kyphosis. Postural deviations and the presence of various pathologies can lead to changes in spinal alignment and the loss of natural curves. Accurate spinal assessment is crucial for identifying deviations, which is why various methods and measuring instruments have been developed for spinal evaluation. Objectives: The aim of this thesis was to review and present the most commonly used physiotherapeutic approaches and instruments for spinal assessment based on literature analysis. Methods: The literature review included 41 studies from the databases ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, ProQuest, PubMed, and PEDro. The studies were published between 2014 and 2024 in either Slovenian or English. Results: The most frequently used assessment methods were photogrammetry, inclinometry, and topographic methods. The most commonly used instruments were image analysis software used in photogrammetry, digital and gravitational inclinometers, and the IDIAG M360 Spinal mouse device. Conclusion: Various methods and instruments are available for spinal assessment. The most frequently used methods in the reviewed literature included photogrammetry, inclinometry, and topographic techniques. The most commonly used instruments were image analysis software and inclinometers. Further research is essential for the development and implementation of newer methods for both clinical and research purposes.
