Opis:V diplomski nalogi smo preučevali, zakaj nastane stres na delovnem mestu, kakšne so njegove posledice in kako ga premagati. Ljudje se vsakodnevno srečujejo s težavami, ki lahko pripeljejo do stresa; ta pa do hudih posledic. Stres je vedno prisoten in ne obstaja oseba, ki ga ni občutila ali se z njim soočila. Občasno vpliva na kakovost dela, na delovne rezultate ali pa na posameznika, njegovo zdravje in počutje. Kljub temu da se mu velikokrat ni možno izogniti, smo izbrali to temo, da predstavimo, kaj vpliva na pojav stresa na delovnem mestu in kako ga z vidika posameznika ali organizacije premagati ter imeti v samem procesu premagovanja čim manj posledic. Med raziskovalnimi metodami smo izbrali kvalitativno raziskavo, osebni intervju. Opravili smo ga s šestimi osebami, ki so zaposlene v različnih organizacijah in opravljajo različna dela. Za ta način raziskovanja smo se odločili, ker smo želeli dobiti čim več različnih informacij o tem, kako narava dela, pozicija v organizaciji, delovni pogoji in delovno okolje vplivajo na to, kako pogosto bo posameznik pod stresom. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da stres doživljajo vsi, nekateri sicer v večji meri kot drugi; odvisno je od tega, s kakšnim delom se zaposleni ukvarja, v kakšnih delovnih pogojih dela in koliko odgovornosti ima. Raziskava je pokazala, da se organizacije še vedno soočajo s pomanjkanjem delovne sile, težavami z urnikom in komunikacijo. Mnenja zaposlenih smo predstavili v drugem delu naloge, zato da smo dobili celotno sliko.

Opis:In the thesis we studied why stress occurs in the workplace, what are the consequences of stress and how to overcome it. People face problems on a daily basis that can lead to stress and stress to severe consequences. Stress is always present and there is no person who has not felt it or faced it. Stress occasionally affects the quality of work, work results or the individual, his health and well-being. Although stress is often unavoidable, we chose this topic to present what influences the occurrence of stress in the workplace and how to overcome stress from the perspective of an individual or organization and have as few consequences as possible in the process of overcoming it. For the research method, we decided on a qualitative research, a personal interview. We conducted an interview with six people who are employed in different organizations and perform different jobs. We opted for this method of research because we wanted to get as much different information as possible about how the nature of work, position in the organization, working conditions and work environment affect how often an individual will be under stress. The results from the research showed that stress is present everywhere, with some less with some more. This depends most on what kind of work the employee is doing, in what working conditions and how much responsibility he has. Research has shown that organizations still face labor shortages, scheduling problems, and communication problems. We presented the opinions of the employees in the second part of the assignment in order to get the whole picture.
