Trenutna nodulacija poteka po dveh metodah, in sicer po »sandwich« metodi v Ivančni Gorici in po žični metodi v Črnomlju. Da bi dvignili produktivnost vertikalne livne linije Disa-Matic v Črnomlju in omogočili proces nodularnega litja, ki je bil prej onemogočen zaradi induktivne livne peči, smo zamenjali induktivno livno peč z livno kadjo. Cilj diplomske naloge je odliti vzorec v podjetju Livar d. d. s postopkom žične metode nodulacije na vertikalni livni liniji Disa-Matic z novo livno kadjo, ki bo zadoščal livarskim kriterijem in ne bo porozen. Parametre litja smo na začetku prenesli iz Ivančne Gorice, kjer se je odlitek že odlival. Vzorčne ulitke smo s prenesenimi parametri odlili v Črnomlju, kjer so bili prerezi porozni. Z rezultati simulacije v programski opremi Magma smo ugotovili idealne pogoje za ulivanje. Zaradi poroznosti smo spremenili tudi livni sistem. Ugotovili smo, da ulitki z idealnimi pogoji litja in z novim livnim sistemom zadovoljujejo izdelavi serijskega litja. S tem smo proces nodularnega litja uvedli na livno linijo Disa-Matic. Title:	INTRODUCTION OF DUCTILE IRON CASTING PROCESS ON THE DISA-MATIC VERTICAL CASTING LINE
Abstract:	The thesis is based on the indroduction of the nodular cast iron casting process on the Disa-Matic vertical casting line. Current nodulation is carried out using two methods. One is called »sandwich« method, which is used in Ivančna Gorica foundry and wire method in Črnomelj foundry. In order to increase the productivity of the Disa-Matic vertical casting line in Črnomelj and enable process, which was previously impossible due to the inductive casting furnace, we replaced the inductive casting furnace with a Progelta pouring station. The aim of thesis is to cast a sample in the company Livar d. d. with process of the wire nodulation method on the vertical casting line Disa-Matic that will suffice casting criteria and will not be porous. The casting parameters were transferred from foundry in Ivančna Gorica where the casting was already cast. Sample casting with transferred parameters were cast in Črnomelj, where it was porous. With the result of the simulation in the Magma Soft, we found the ideal conditions for casting. Due to porosity we also changed the casting system. With this, we indroduced nodular casting process to the vertical casting line.
