Abstract:Pri postopku hitrega štancanja se med delovanjem orodja obrabljajo rezilni elementi, kar povzroči spremembo dimenzij na izdelku. Zaradi obrabljanja rezilnih elementov pride do dimenzijskih sprememb na izdelku in posledično do izdelave izdelka, ki ne ustreza zahtevam, predpisanim na risbi. Zato veliko vlogo pri štancanju igra spremljanje obrabe rezilnih elementov in ustrezno načrtovanje dolžine posameznih serij. Dolžina serij je odvisna od obrabe rezilnih elementov in velikosti tolerančnih območij na izdelku. Z ustreznim načrtovanjem dolžine serij in določenimi intervali obnove rezilnih elementov se lahko izognemo nihanjem v procesu, imamo proces pod nadzorom, ki zagotavlja, s strani kupcev zahtevano, kakovost izdelkov.

Title:Tool wear analysis during the high-speed stamping process
Abstract:In the high-speed stamping process, the cutting edges in the tool wear down during the stamping, causing dimensional changes on the product. Due to the wear of the cutting edges, dimensional changes occur in the product, leading to the production of a part that does not meet the requirements specified in the drawing. Therefore, proper planning of the length of individual series is crucial. The serial length depends in the wear of the cutting edges and the size of the tolerance zone on the product. By correctly planning the series length ant determining the appropriate intervals for grinding the cutting edges, fluctuations in the process can be avoided, and the process can be kept under control.
