Title:Analiza ključnih motivacijskih dejavnikov pri voznikih tovornih vozil : diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študijskega programa prve bolonjske stopnje Management poslovnih sistemov

Abstract:To diplomsko delo analizira ključne motivacijske dejavnike pri voznikih tovornih vozil mednarodnega cestnega prometa v skupini povezanih slovenskih prevozniških podjetij. Raziskava se osredotoča na identifikacijo notranjih in zunanjih motivatorjev ter na njihov vpliv na delovno uspešnost in zadovoljstvo voznikov. S pomočjo kvantitativne raziskovalne metode in strukturirane ankete v treh jezikih (slovenskem, srbo-hrvaškem in angleškem jeziku) so bili zbrani podatki o motivacijskih dejavnikih, zadovoljstvu z delom in samooceni delovne uspešnosti. Analiza rezultatov je omogočila preverjanje šestih postavljenih hipotez, ki se nanašajo na različne vidike motivacije voznikov tovornih vozil. Raziskava je pokazala, da so najpomembnejši motivacijski dejavniki višina plače, kakovost delovnih pogojev, priznanje s strani delodajalca in podpora pri delu. Posebej pomembna je tudi možnost usklajevanja poklicnega in zasebnega življenja ter dobri odnosi z nadrejenimi in sodelavci. Na podlagi ugotovitev so bila oblikovana priporočila za izboljšanje motivacijskih strategij v proučevanih podjetjih s ciljem povečanja zadovoljstva zaposlenih, zmanjšanja fluktuacije in izboljšanja operativne učinkovitosti v mednarodnem cestnem transportu. Predlagane izboljšave vključujejo razvoj celostnega motivacijskega programa ter implementacijo sistemov za zbiranje povratnih informacij.

Abstract:This thesis analyzes the key motivational factors among truck drivers in international road transport within a group of affiliated Slovenian transport companies. The research focuses on identifying internal and external motivators and their impact on drivers' job performance and satisfaction. Using a quantitative research method and a structured survey in three languages (Slovenian, Serbo-Croatian, and English), data was collected on motivational factors, job satisfaction, and self-assessed job performance. The analysis of results enabled the verification of six hypotheses related to various aspects of truck driver motivation. The research showed that the most important motivational factors are salary level, quality of working conditions, employer recognition, and work support. The ability to balance professional and private life and good relationships with superiors and colleagues are also particularly important. Based on the findings, recommendations were made to improve motivational strategies in the studied companies, aiming to increase employee satisfaction, reduce turnover, and enhance operational efficiency in international road transport. The proposed improvements include developing a comprehensive motivational program and implementing systems for collecting feedback.
