Fizioterapevtsko zdravljenje pogosto vključuje ciljne vaje, trening ravnotežja in izobraževanje o drži in mehaniki telesa.

Title:Physiotherapeutic treatment of Osteoporosis and Prevention
Abstract:Osteoporosis is a disease that affects the bones, leading to their weakening and making them more prone to fractures. Physiotherapy is an effective method for both preventing and treating osteoporosis. The purpose of this thesis is to examine the role of physiotherapy in managing osteoporosis and reducing the risk of fractures and bone injuries. Physiotherapy treatment commonly includes targeted exercises, balance training, and education on posture and body mechanics. In addition to therapeutic interventions, preventive measures play a vital role in managing osteoporosis. By addressing these aspects, physiotherapy can significantly contribute to enhancing bone health and improving the overall quality of life for individuals at risk of or already diagnosed with osteoporosis..
