Abstract:Kronične bolečine v križu so eden izmed glavnih vzrokov invalidnosti po svetu. Največji učinek kinezioterapije je v kombinaciji z drugimi vadbami in pripomočki.

Abstract:Chronic back pain is one of the leading causes of disability worldwide. It affects employees in various workplaces, with healthcare workers (nurses and physiotherapists) being among the most exposed. The purpose of this thesis was to gather professional and scientific literature, analyze it, and answer the questions of how kinesitherapy affects the reduction of chronic back pain in healthcare workers at the workplace and how kinesitherapy compares to other physiotherapeutic approaches in reducing chronic back pain. Based on a systematic review of the literature obtained from Google Scholar, PubMed, PEDro, COBISS, and ScienceDirect, 20 studies were analyzed. These studies examined the effects of exercise techniques on changes in pain, disability, quality of life, and physical functions such as muscle strength, flexibility, muscle activity, and elasticity, with an emphasis on healthcare professions. It was found that healthcare workers are exposed to various workrelated risks for back pain, such as lifting, repetitive movements, physical strain, awkward and static postures. In this context, kinesitherapy is important; however, this area is still under-researched, necessitating further studies. The greatest effect of kinesitherapy is achieved when combined with other exercises and aids.
