Abstract:Postopek izdelave CNC šablon je enak že od začetka njihove uporabe in se v tem času ni veliko spremenil. Zaradi povečanja števila šablon, ki jih je potrebno izdelati, in želje po njihovi izboljšavi ter višji natančnosti, bi ga tako z optimizacijo postopka nadgradili in odpravili težave, ki so se do sedaj pojavljale med izdelavo ali pa kasnejšo uporabo. V diplomski nalogi je opisan nov optimiziran postopek izdelave, s katerim se doseže zadane cilje in tako poveča produktivnost in natančnost CNC šablon.

Title:OPTIMIZATION OF CNC JIGS PRODUCTION
Abstract:The process of manufacturing CNC jigs is the same from the very beginning of their use and has not changed much during this time. Due to the increase in the number of jigs that need to be made and the desire for their improvement and higher accuracy, they would be upgraded by optimizing the process and eliminating the problems that have occurred so far during the manufacturing or later use. The thesis describes a new optimized manufacturing process that achieves the set goals and increases the productivity and accuracy of CNC jigs.
