V nalogi so analizirani nekateri temeljni dokumenti, ki definirajo osnovnošolski prostor v Sloveniji, nekateri učni načrti in stališča več sto osnovnošolskih učiteljic in učiteljev. Kvalitativna analiza išče idejno sovpadanje analiziranih dokumentov z želeno moralno kulturo dostojanstva, kvantitativna analiza pa sovpadanje stališč respondentov s to isto kulturo. Zavoljo razumljivejšega in lažjega branja so pomensko široki pojmi, kot so npr. kultura, paideia in dostojanstvo, podrobneje definirani, prav tako pa so zelo podrobno obdelane vse tri omenjene moralne kulture. Izvirno so nakazane podobnosti med razvojem starogrške družbe in prehodom moralne kulture časti v kulturo dostojanstva.

Abstract:This dissertation deals with a relatively new phenomenon, which in English is called victimhood culture. It is not considered in a vacuum of reference, but together with the moral culture of dignity and the moral culture of honour. The thesis analyses some of the fundamental documents defining the space of the primary school in Slovenia, some of the curricula and the views of hundreds of primary school teachers. The analysis seeks to determine whether the primary school environment is receptive to the spread of victimhood culture, which, due to its characteristics, is defined as an undesirable state of affairs in this thesis. A moral culture of dignity is defined as the desired state. Qualitative analysis looks for a conceptual correspondence of the analysed documents with the desired moral culture of dignity, while quantitative analysis looks for a correspondence of the respondents' views with this same culture. In order to make it easier to read and understand the thesis, the broad concepts such as culture, paideia and dignity are defined in more detail, and all three moral cultures are also treated in great detail. The similarities between the development of ancient Greek society and the transition from a moral culture of honour to a culture of dignity are originally suggested.
