Title:Upravljanje kariere ključnih kadrov v organizaciji

Abstract:V poslovnem svetu, ki se hitro razvija in spreminja, je razvoj organizacije tesno povezan z razvojem posameznikov – tako znotraj organizacije kot tudi zunaj nje. To še posebej velja za ključne kadre, ki razpolagajo s pomembnim znanjem, veščinami in ustreznim odnosom do dela ter pomembno prispevajo k rasti in razvoju podjetja. V diplomski nalogi smo se osredotočili na procese upravljanja kariere ključnih kadrov in skrbi za njihov karierni razvoj na primeru izbrane organizacije. Celoten sistem upravljanja in razvoja kariere ključnih kadrov in skrb za njihov karierni razvoj smo najprej predstavili s pomočjo teoretičnih virov različnih avtorjev, ki so nam omogočili boljše razumevanje samega pomena upravljanja ključnih kadrov in njihovega kariernega razvoja. V empiričnem delu smo s pomočjo ankete zbirali kvantitativne podatke, ki so nam bili v pomoč pri analizi procesov razvoja in upravljanja kariere ključnih kadrov v izbranem podjetju. Na podlagi preučene teorije in rezultatov ankete smo prepoznali tako prednosti kot slabosti upravljanja kariere ključnih kadrov v izbranem podjetju, kar nam je omogočilo oblikovanje predlogov za izboljšave, ki bi bile lahko v pomoč podjetju. Za upravljanje kariere – tako ključnih kadrov kot drugih zaposlenih – je pomembno, da za svoj razvoj skrbijo posamezniki sami, saj s tem vplivajo na svojo osebno in poslovno kariero. Pomembno vlogo pa imajo tudi njihovi delodajalci, ki v veliki meri vplivajo predvsem na poslovni vidik kariere svojih zaposlenih. Menimo, da je tak pristop ključen, saj zagotavlja, da so zaposleni učinkoviti pri svojem delu, kar pomembno prispeva k uspešnosti in razvoju podjetja, v katerem delujejo.

Title:Career management of key personnel in the organization
Abstract:In today's fast-paced and changing business world, organisational development is closely linked to the development of individuals - both within and outside the organisation. This is especially true for key personnel who possess important knowledge, skills, a strong work ethic, and significantly contribute to the growth and development of the company. This thesis focuses on the processes of career management and career development of key employees in a selected organization. The entire system of career management and development of key personnel was first presented through theoretical sources from various authors, which helped us better understand the importance of managing and developing key talent. In the empirical part, we collected quantitative data through a survey, which assisted us in analyzing the processes of career management and development of key personnel in the selected company. Based on the theoretical background and survey results, we identified both the strengths and weaknesses of career management practices within the company, which enabled us to formulate suggestions for improvement that could benefit the organization. When it comes to career management – for both key personnel and other employees – it is essential that individuals take responsibility for their own development, as this influences their personal and professional growth. However, employers also play a crucial role, particularly in shaping the professional aspect of their employees’ careers. We believe this approach is vital, as it ensures that employees perform their work effectively, which in turn significantly contributes to the success and development of the company they work for.
