Title:POSLOVNI NAČRT – FERLUGOVA DOMAČIJA

Abstract:V diplomskem delu smo pripravili poslovni načrt za Ferlugovo domačijo, kjer načrtujemo razvoj turističnega objekta na družinski posesti v kraju Dole pri Litiji. Glavni cilj projekta je preoblikovati obstoječo lokacijo, ki trenutno vključuje eno manjšo dokončano brunarico in večjo, ki je še v gradnji, ter dodatne nastanitve, kot je prikolica in šotori (jurte). Namen je ustvariti privlačno destinacijo za oddih, osredotočeno na trajnostni turizem in pristno doživetje v naravi. V poslovnem načrtu smo se osredotočili na raziskavo trga ter določitev ustreznih marketinških strategij, ki bodo Ferlugovo domačijo pozicionirale kot destinacijo za tiste, ki iščejo umik v naravo. Poudarek je tudi na analizi potrebnih finančnih sredstev za prenovo in prilagoditev domačije, vključno z izračunom stroškov za infrastrukturne izboljšave in marketinške vložke, ki so ključni za uspeh projekta. Raziskava temelji na kombinaciji metod: analizi sekundarnih podatkov, študiji primera in anketnem vprašalniku, izvedenem med potencialnimi obiskovalci.

Title:BUSINESS PLAN – FERLUGOVA DOMAČIJA
Abstract:In our diploma thesis, we developed a business plan for Ferlugova Domačija, with the goal of transforming a family-owned property in Dole pri Litiji into a tourist destination. The primary objective of the project is to redevelop the existing location, which currently includes one small, completed log cabin and a larger, unfinished one, along with additional accommodations such as caravans and tents. The aim is to create an appealing retreat focused on sustainable tourism and an authentic nature experience. The business plan emphasizes market research and the identification of effective marketing strategies to position Ferlugova Domačija as a destination for those seeking an escape to nature. Additionally, it highlights the financial analysis needed for renovations and adaptations of the property, including the cost assessment for infrastructural improvements and marketing investments, which are crucial for the project’s success. The research is based on a combination of methods: analysis of secondary data, a case study, and a survey questionnaire conducted among potential visitors.
