Title:E-intervencija ekspresivnega pisanja kot možnost lažjega dostopa do psihosocialnega svetovanja

Abstract:V magistrskem delu smo raziskali možnost uporabe ekspresivnega pisanja (EP) v obliki e-intervencijske oblike psihosocialne podpore za posameznike, ki zaradi različnih ovir nimajo dostopa do klasičnih terapevtskih storitev ali si take oblike pomoči ne želijo. Ob kritičnem pregledu literature smo se usmerili v delovanje, terapevtske učinke in možnost prilagoditve EP v digitalno okolje. Izvedli smo tematsko kvalitativno raziskavo s fenomenološkim pristopom, v kateri je sodelovalo šest odraslih udeležencev. Skozi štiridnevni proces strukturiranega ekspresivnega pisanja so zapisovali osebna doživljanja in čustvene odzive, nato pa v nadaljevanju delili razmišljanja in občutke v poglobljenih polstrukturiranih intervjujih. Analiza je pokazala, da udeleženci e-intervencijo ekspresivnega pisanja doživljajo kot učinkovito in varno ter kot izkušnjo, ki jim je omogočila čustveno predelavo in jih spodbudila k večji pripravljenosti za iskanje nadaljnje strokovne psihološke pomoči. Rezultati kažejo, da ima e-intervencija lahko pomembno vlogo pri dopolnjevanju klasičnih oblik psihosocialne ali psihološke pomoči, saj omogoča večjo dostopnost, zasebnost, varnost in prilagodljivost glede na osebne potrebe uporabnikov. Sklepi magistrske naloge potrjujejo potencial e-intervencij EP na področju mentalnega zdravja in nakazujejo očitno potrebo po nadaljnjem razvoju digitalnih orodij. E-intervencije so na predmetnem področju ob strokovnih temeljih znanstvenih metod ter spoštovanju in sprejemanju individualnih značilnosti in potreb uporabnikov pomemben korak k dvigu kakovosti duševnega zdravja širše skupnosti.

Title:E-intervention of expressive writing as a means of facilitating access to psychosocial counseling
Abstract:This master's thesis explores the potential of expressive writing as an e-intervention form of psychosocial support for individuals who, due to various barriers, lack access to traditional therapeutic services or are reluctant to seek such forms of help. Through a critical review of the literature, we focused on the mechanisms, therapeutic effects, and adaptability of expressive writing within digital environments. We conducted a qualitative thematic study with a phenomenological approach involving six adult participants. Over the course of a four-day structured expressive writing process, participants recorded their personal experiences and emotional responses, followed by in-depth semi-structured interviews in which they reflected on their thoughts and feelings. The analysis revealed that participants perceived the e-intervention based on expressive writing as an effective and safe experience that facilitated emotional processing and encouraged a greater willingness to seek further psychological support. Findings suggest that this type of e-intervention can play a valuable role in complementing conventional forms of psychosocial or psychological care by enhancing accessibility, privacy, safety, and adaptability to individual user needs. The final conclusions of the thesis confirm the potential of expressive writing e-interventions in the field of mental health and highlight a clear need for further development of digital tools. Grounded in evidence-based practice and respectful of individual characteristics and needs, such e-interventions represent a meaningful step toward improving mental health care within the broader community.
