Abstract:
Diplomska naloga se osredotoča na trdnostno analizo hidravlične stiskalnice s pomočjo računalniško podprtega inženiringa (CAE) ter metode končnih elementov (MKE) v programskem okolju Ansys. Namen analize je ugotoviti kritična mesta na konstrukciji stiskalnice ter preveriti ustreznost zasnove za zagotavljanje varnega in učinkovitega delovanja. Analiza vključuje pripravo numeričnega modela, določitev materialnih lastnosti, uporabo ustrezne mreže končnih elementov ter definiranje robnih pogojev in obremenitev. Iz dobljenih rezultatov je razvidno, da je pod obremenitvijo prišlo do prevelikih pomikov, zato je bila izvedena ojačitev modela. S ponovno analizo je bilo ugotovljeno, da je s tem prišlo do občutnega zmanjšanja pomikov in napetosti, kar kaže na ustreznost izvedenih ojačitev in povečano varnost konstrukcije.

Title:
STRENGTH ANALYSIS OF THE HYDRAULIC PRESS
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the strength analysis of a hydraulic press using computer-aided engineering (CAE) and the finite element method (FEM) in the Ansys software environment. The aim of the analysis is to identify critical points in the press's structure and verify the design's adequacy to ensure safe and efficient operation. The analysis includes preparing a numerical model, defining material properties, applying an appropriate finite element mesh, and setting boundary conditions and loads. The results show that under load, excessive displacements occurred. Consequently, reinforcement were included in the model. A subsequent analysis revealed that these reinforcements significantly reduce displacements and stresses, indicating the appropriateness of the modifications and an increased safety margin for the structure.
