Abstract:Diplomska naloga obravnava trenutno stanje skladiščnega in materialnega poslovanja na bencinskem servisu ter možnosti za izboljšavo. Analiza obstoječega stanja je pokazala več ključnih težav, kot so nepregledna prostorska ureditev skladišča, pomanjkljivo vodenje zalog, neustrezna organizacija hladilnice in sezonski presežki. Za oceno učinkovitosti skladiščnega poslovanja so bili uporabljeni ključni kazalniki uspešnosti ter različne analitične metode, med njimi analiza ABC in analiza poteka dela. Na podlagi ugotovitev so bili predlagani ukrepi za izboljšanje, kot so uvedba sistema 5S, jasnejše označevanje skladiščnih mest, boljša razporeditev prostora ter sprotno spremljanje zalog. Pričakovani učinki so krajši čas iskanja artiklov, manj napak pri izdaji blaga, večja preglednost skladišča in boljši izkoristek skladiščnega prostora. Cilj naloge je povečati učinkovitost skladiščenja, zmanjšati napake ter izboljšati delovne pogoje za zaposlene.

Title:Warehouse organization at a petrol station
Abstract:The thesis addresses the current state of warehouse and material managemnet at a gas station and explores possibilities for its improvement. The analysis of the existing situation revealed several key problems, such as disorganised warehouse layout, inadequate stock management, poor organisation of the cooling area, and seasonal surpluses. To evaluate the efficiency of warehouse operations, key performance indicators and various analytical methods were applied, including ABC analysis and workflow analysis. Based on the findings, several improvement measures were proposed, such as the introduction of the 5S system, clearer labelling of storage locations, better organisation of storage space, and regular stock monitoring. The expected outcomes include shorter search times for items, fever errors in issuing goods, greater warehouse transparency, improved utilisation of storage space, and improve working conditions for employees.
