Title:Izdelava spletne aplikacije za spremljanje napredka bolezni : magistrska naloga

Abstract:Magistrska naloga obravnava razvoj in vrednotenje spletne aplikacije za spremljanje napredka nevrodegenerativnih bolezni. Cilj je ugotoviti, katere funkcionalnosti so ključne za učinkovito spremljanje ter ali takšno orodje skrbnikom olajša delo, omogoča hitrejše zaznavanje sprememb v zdravstvenem stanju pacienta. Raziskava združuje pregled literature, tri polstrukturirane intervjuje s skrbnicami ter uporabniško usmerjen razvoj prototipa v okolju ASP.NET Core z Blazorjem. Aplikacija omogoča hiter, strukturiran vnos poročil in zapis simptomov, kratek povzetek za zdravnika; podpira vitalne parametre, priponke in opomnike. Hipoteza, da skrbniki z uporabo aplikacije hitreje opazijo pomembne spremembe in pravočasno ukrepajo, je s kvalitativnimi podatki podprta. Za nadaljnje raziskave predlagamo pilotno kvantitativno študijo, A/B preizkus obvestil ter validacijo izvozov pri zdravnikih; smiselna je tudi ocena dostopnosti uporabniškega vmesnika za starejše uporabnike.

Abstract:The master’s thesis addresses the development and evaluation of a web application for monitoring the progression of neurodegenerative diseases. The objective is to identify which functionalities are essential for effective monitoring and whether such a tool eases caregivers’ work and enables faster detection of changes in a patient’s health status. The study combines a literature review, three semi-structured interviews with caregivers, and a user-centered development of a prototype built with ASP.NET Core and Blazor. The application enables fast, structured entry of reports and symptom logs and generates a concise summary for physicians; it also supports vital parameters, attachments, and reminders. The hypothesis that caregivers using the application detect important changes more quickly and act in a timely manner is supported by qualitative data. For further research, we propose a pilot quantitative study, an A/B test of notifications, and validation of exports with physicians; assessing the user interface’s accessibility for older adults is also advisable.
