Title:Vodenje organizacije in nasilje na delovnem mestu : diplomsko delo

Abstract:Vodenje je interakcijski proces, ki vključuje vplivanje na ljudi z načinom delovanja, komuniciranja in motiviranja z namenom, da bi dosegli določene cil je. Ravno povezanost ljudi in pravilno komuniciranje sta bistvenega pomena za dobre delovne odnose in delovne pogoje. V organizacijah pa nemalokrat prihaja tudi do konfliktnih odnosov, ki so lahko posledica slabega vodenja, nezdružljivih ciljev, različnih misli in zamisli, vpliva negativnih čustev in drugih okoljskih vplivov v organizaciji. Konfliktni odnosi povzročajo neprijetno klimo v organizaciji in lahko slabo vplivajo tudi na okolje, v katerem deluje. Skrajni primer slabih delovnih odnosov je nasilje na delovnem mestu. V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena teorija vodenja organizacije, ki jo povezujem s teorijo nasilja. Pojav nasilja je opredeljen tudi iz zakonodajnega vidika. V nalogi so prikazani rezultati analize raziskave o nasilju na delovnem mestu , ki je bila izvedena med zaposlenimi v javnem in zasebnem sektorju. V sklepnem delu naloge ponujam ideje, kako se proti slabemu vodenju in nasilju boriti, ga razumeti in ga čim bolj omejevati.

Abstract:The process management is the process of interaction, which involves influencing consumption operating mode, communication and motivation, in order to achieve certain goals. Just link people and proper communication is essential for a good wo rking relationship and working conditions. The organization itself may arise for conflict relations, which may be a result of poor management, incompatible goals, different thoughts and ideas about the impact of negative emotions and other environmental im pacts of the organization. Conflictual relations cause uncomfortable atmosphere in the organization itself may have a negative impact on the environment in which the organization operates. An extreme example of poor working relations, violence in the workp lace. The main purpose and objectives of the thesis are to present a theory of organizational management, integrating it with the theory of violence and to demonstrate the phenomenon of violence from the legislative point of view. I will present the result s of the analysis of research on violence in the workplace, which I conducted among employees in the public and private sectors. At the same time I will offer ideas of how to mismanagement and violence struggle to understand it and to be minimized.
