Abstract:Magistrska naloga, ki je pred vami, združuje informacije o vrstah najpogostejših kibernetskih groženj ter povzetke zakonov, ki na tak ali drugačen način zajemajo področje zagotavljanja kibernetske varnosti in so uveljavljeni tako na ravni Republike Slovenije kot na ravni Evropske unije. Med drugim prikazuje tudi pregled stanja kibernetskih groženj in njihovih pojavov v zadnjih petih letih. Empirični del naloge prikazuje rezultate izvedene ankete s področja poznavanja zakonodaje o kibernetski varnosti s strani posameznikov. Nalogo zaključijo primerjava rezultatov, zaključni sklep glede zadanih hipotez in raziskovalnih vprašanj ter ideje za potencialne nadaljnje raziskave.

Abstract:The master's thesis in front of you brings together information on the types of most common cyber threats and the summary of essential laws which in some way or another cover the field of cyber security and are established at the level of the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union. Among other things, the thesis presents an overview of the state of cyber threats and their occurrence in the last five years. The empirical part of the thesis shows the results of the survey on how well individuals are aware of and acquainted with cyber security legislation. The final part of thesis includes comparing the survey results, concluding on the given hypotheses in research questions, and ideas for potential further research.
