Results: After reviewing the selected studies, we included 14 meta-analyses examining the effects of physical activity on depression symptom reduction in our analysis using the PICO inclusion criteria. Usability: The thesis is aimed primarily at physiotherapists and other health professionals, patients with depression and their families, and others interested in the effects of physical activity on depression.
