Title:Izboljšanje računalniške pismenosti na podeželju : magistrska naloga

Abstract:Temeljni namen pisanja magistrske naloge je bil raziskati stanje računalniške pismenosti na podeželju. Zanimala nas je predvsem razlika med podeželskim in preostalimi naselji pri uporabi IKT. Tako smo predstavili rezultate Ankete o uporabi informacijsko-komunikacijskih tehnologij v letu 2010 (SURS) o tem, ali imajo gospodinjstva računalnik in internet, v kolikšni meri ga uporabljajo, kdaj so se nazadnje udeležili izobraževanja, povezanega z računalniškim opismenjevanjem, kako so ozaveščeni glede varnosti pri uporabi IKT. Za podrobnejše spoznavanje potreb podeželskega prebivalstva in njihovih morebitnih težav, ki izvirajo iz pomanjkljive računalniške pismenosti, pa smo k sodelovanju povabili štiri osebe iz okolice Šentjurja, ki se ukvarjajo s kmetijstvom. V zaključku smo na podlagi gornjih ugotovitev oblikovali idejni program, primeren za izboljšanje računalniške pismenosti na podeželju, ki bi temeljil na vzpostavitvi spletnega mesta Mreža kmetij.

Abstract:The main purpose of my Master's degree thesis was to research the condition of computer literacy in rural areas. We were interested mainly in the difference between the use of ICT in the rural and other areas. In this way we have also presented the results of the survey about the use of ICT in the year 2010 (SURS – STATISTICAL OFFICE OF THE REPUBLIC OF SLOVENIA) about whether households have the computer and the Internet, in what way they are used, when was the last time they attended the education related to computer literacy and what do they know about the safe use of ICT. We have invited four people to participate from the surroundings of Šentjur who work in agriculture for further learning about the needs and potential problems of rural population that come from the lack of computer literacy. In the conclusion we have tried to form the conceptual program based on findings that is suitable for improvement in computer literacy for rural areas based on website farm.
