Omogočajo nam hitrejšo in cenejšo pot do iskanja informacij. Z IKT se je spremenil tudi način komuniciranja. Nekateri lKT uporabijajo za odskok v nove poslovne priložnosti, drugi za zabavo in krajšanje časa, tretji za iskanje informacij odvisno od posameznika. Vendar pa obstajajo skupine posameznikov, ki zaradi različnih vzrokov ne uporabljajo teh tehnologij. Namen magistrske naloge je ugotoviti, ali so ti posamezniki zaradi tega kako prikrajšani, kakšne so težave pri uporabi IKT in ali nepoznavanje sodobne IKT povečuje njihovo socialno izključenost. Abstract:	Knowledge and use of information communication technology (leT) is nowadays a way of life. They enable us to collect information cheaper and faster. With JeT the whole communication aspect has changed. Some people use leT for creating new business opportunities, some use it for fun, others for information search ... depends on the individual. However, there are groups of people who due to different reasons do not use these technologies. The purpose of this assignment is to determine whether these individuals are deprived, what the difficulties of using mentioned techno'iogies are, or whether leT increases their isolation from society.
