Abstract:Mejno osebnostno motnjo zaznamuje kompleksna klinična slika, to je predvsem visoka mera impulzivnosti, afektivne nestabilnosti, kognitivnih distorzij in samopoškodbenega vedenja. Kompleksna je še etiologija, ki preko psihosocialnih dejavnikov vključuje travmatične izkušnje, predvsem mnogotero zlorabo (spolna zloraba, verbalna zloraba in fizična zloraba), duševne motnje v družini, vpliv matere z mejno osebnostno motnjo na otroka, neprilagojeno starševstvo, odraščanje brez bioloških staršev, ločitev staršev, brezposelnost na strani mater, hujša bolezenska stanja v času otroštva in telesna oviranost. Na drugi strani pa ima velik vpliv še biologija, ključne so spremembe v strukturi možganov, nevrotransmiterjih in genetika.

Title:BIOLOGICAL AND PSYCHOSOCIAL INFLUENCE ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF BORDERLINE PERSONALITY DISORDER
Abstract:Borderline personality disorder is characterized by a complex clinical picture, i.e. primarily a high degree of impulsivity, affective instability, cognitive distortions and self-injurious behavior. The etiology is also complex, including through psychosocial factors traumatic experiences, especially multiple abuses (sexual abuse, verbal abuse and physical abuse), mental disorders in the family, the influence of a mother with borderline personality disorder on the child, maladaptive parenting, growing up without biological parents, divorce of parents, unemployment on the part of mothers, severe disease conditions during childhood and physical disability. On the other hand, biology has a big influence, changes in the structure of the brain, neurotransmitters and genetics are key.
