Abstract:Črpalke so zelo pomembni energetski stroji v različnih industrijskih panogah. Razvoj črpalk z dobrimi karakteristikami je zelo pomemben, saj je energija aktualna tema v povezavi s podnebnimi spremembami in globalnim segrevanjem. Pri konstruiranju črpalk je pomembno, da imajo dober izkoristek, dolgo življenjsko dobo, so energetsko varčne in kvalitetno izdelane. V diplomski nalogi smo želeli analizirati, kako debeline profilov vplivajo na izkoristek in dobavno višino centrifugalnih črpalk. Rezultate numeričnih analiz smo prikazali v obliki vektorjev hitrosti, tokovnic in porazdelitve tlaka po lopaticah rotorja črpalke. V grafih smo prikazali porazdelitve izkoristka, dobavne višine in momenta v odvisnosti od volumskega toka.

Title:NUMERICAL ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF BLADES THICKNESS CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS ON ENERGY CHARACTERISTICS
Abstract:Pumps are very important energy machines in various industries. The development of pumps with good characteristics is very important, because they can save energy and that is an important topic in connection with climate change and global warming. It is important that designed pumps are efficient, long-lasting, energy-saving and made of good quality. In this research we wanted to discover how the profile thickness affects the efficiency and the total head of centrifugal pumps. Numerical analysis includes velocity vectors, streamlines and pressure distribution along the rotor blades. In graphs the results of efficiency, total head and torque are shown.
