Title:Razvoj sistema za detekcijo obrabe šob za peskanje na podlagi meritev pretoka komprimiranega zraka

Abstract:V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen sistem, ki omogoča nadzor stanja obrabe šob za peskanje, ki sta uporabljeni v stroju za peskanje zobnih implantatov. S tem nadzornim sistemom naj bi se olajšalo izvajanje kontrole obrabe šob za peskanje s strani uporabnika, saj bo ta sistem lahko deloval med obdelavo implantatov samodejno. V nalogi je uvodoma predstavljen splošen opis obdelave s curkom delcev abraziva, nato sledi podroben opis stroja za peskanje, na katerem so se izvajala testiranja, predstavljena v nalogi. Praktična uporaba v diplomski nalogi načrtovanega sistema je v tem, da bo uporabnik stroja za peskanje lažje izvajal nadzor stanja obrabe šob za peskanje in da bi potencialno lahko izboljšal kakovost obdelave implantatov ter zmanjšal porabo abraziva za peskanje. V praktičnem delu naloge so opisani potek razvojnega postopka zaznavanja obrabljenosti šob za peskanje, rezultati testiranja in ovrednotenje sistema za zaznavanje obrabe šob ter končno testiranje delovanja sistema.

Title:Development of a system for wear detection of sandblasting nozzles based on measurements of compressed air flow
Abstract:The thesis presents a system that enables control over the state of processing of sandblasting nozzle used in a machine for sandblasting dental implants. This monitoring system is intended to facilitate user control of sandblasting nozzle wear, as this system will be able to operate during actual implant processing. The task initially presents a general description of abrasive particle jet processing, followed by a detailed description of the sandblasting machine on which the tests presented in the task are carried out. The practical application in the diploma thesis of the planned system is that the user of the sandblasting machine will more easily monitor the condition of the sandblasting nozzles and potentially improve the quality of implant processing and reduce the consumption of sandblasting abrasive. The practical part of the task describes the development process of detecting the wear of sandblasting nozzles, the results of testing and evaluation of the system for detecting the treatment of nozzles, and the final testing of the systems operation.
