Title:Digitalna transformacija poslovanja : študija primera farmacevtske družbe
Abstract:Diplomsko delo "Digitalna transformacija poslovanja – študija primera farmacevtske družbe" temeljito raziskuje, kako digitalizacija vpliva na ključne poslovne vidike in kako se organizacije uspešno soočajo s tem kompleksnim procesom. Osnovna predpostavka diplomskega dela je, da digitalna transformacija ni le tehnološka nadgradnja, ampak celovita sprememba, ki vpliva na vse segmente organizacije. Raziskuje se avtomatizacija procesov kot ena od temeljnih stebrov digitalne transformacije, prikazuje, kako uvajanje naprednih programske opreme lahko bistveno izboljša učinkovitost z zmanjševanjem časa in virov, potrebnih za različne poslovne operacije, in omogoči zaposlenim, da se osredotočijo na bolj kompleksne in strateško pomembne naloge. Diplomsko delo podrobno opisuje, kako avtomatizacija lahko odpravi odvečnost, zmanjša napake in omogoči zaposlenim, da se osredotočijo na bolj kompleksne naloge. Izboljšanje izkušnje strank se analizira z vidika personalizacije storitev in izdelkov, ki jih digitalne platforme omogočajo na nedosegljive načine. Diplomsko delo preučuje, kako tehnologije, kot so analitika podatkov in umetna inteligenca, omogočajo organizacijam, da bolje razumejo potrebe in želje svojih strank ter kako lahko ti vpogledi služijo razvoju ciljanih marketinških strategij in inovativnih izdelkov. Varnost, regulativa in upravljanje sprememb so prav tako ključni vidiki digitalne transformacije. Diplomsko delo ponuja vpogled v to, kako se organizacije lahko uskladijo svoje digitalne strategije z lokalno in mednarodno zakonodajo, zavarujejo svoje digitalne vire in podatke ter razvijejo kulture, ki spodbujajo inovacije in prilagodljivost. Poleg tega poudarja pomembnost vodstva pri vodenju organizacij skozi prehodno obdobje. V zaključku diplomskega dela so ponujene strateške smernice za uspešno digitalno transformacijo, pri čemer poudarja potrebo po celovitem pristopu in proaktivnem reševanju težav. Te smernice naj bi vodile organizacije v različnih panogah k maksimiranju koristi digitalne transformacije in zagotovile konkurenčnost v hitro spreminjajočem se digitalnem okolju.The master's thesis "Business Digital Transformation – case study of pharmaceutical company" delves into the impact of digitalization on businesses and the successful navigation of this complex process. It emphasizes that digital transformation is not just a technological upgrade but a comprehensive organizational change. It explores process automation as a foundational pillar of digital transformation, detailing how advanced software solutions enhance efficiency by reducing time and resources for various business operations and enabling employees to focus on more complex tasks. The thesis also analyzes the improvement of customer experience through digital platforms, focusing on personalization of services and products using data analytics and artificial intelligence. Security, regulation, and change management are also crucial aspects of digital transformation. The thesis provides insights into how organizations can align their digital strategies with local and international legislation, secure digital resources and data, and develop cultures promoting innovation and adaptability. Additionally, it highlights the importance of leadership in guiding organizations through the transition period. In conclusion, the thesis offers strategic recommendations for successful digital transformation, emphasizing the need for a holistic approach and proactive problem-solving. These recommendations aim to guide organizations across industries to maximize the benefits of digital transformation and ensure competitiveness in the rapidly changing digital landscape.
