Na podlagi ugotovitev so bile oblikovane smernice za optimizacijo parametrov varjenja, ki prispevajo k izboljšanju kakovosti, zanesljivosti in trajnosti varjenih spojev v industrijski praksi.

Title:PHENOMENON OF HOT CRACKING WHEN WELDING DISSIMILAR MATERIALS USING MIG/MAG PROCEDURE
Abstract:The research deals with the phenomenon of hot cracking in MIG/MAG welding of various materials, with an emphasis on the key parameters that influence the formation of cracks. The study includes theoretical analysis, experimental welding of test samples, and destructive and non-destructive investigations, which evaluate the effect of ferrite number, heat input, weld groove geometry and preheating on the occurrence of hot cracks. The results show that the optimal choice of welding parameters significantly reduces the occurrence of hot cracks, with the geometry of the weld joint playing a key role in stress distribution. Preheating has proven to be beneficial in certain cases, especially when welding with high welding currents. Based on the findings, guidelines were created for the optimization of welding parameters, which contribute to improving the quality, reliability and durability of welded joints in industrial practice.
