Title:Teoretična opredelitev modelov in tehnik strateškega načrtovanja

Abstract:Živimo v izredno turbulentnih in hitro spreminjajočih se časih, kar pomeni, da se morajo organizacije iz dneva v dan prilagajati in spreminjati glede na razmere v okolju. Ključnega pomena v takih časih je napovedovanje prihodnosti in načrtovanje, na podlagi česar se lahko organizacija prilagodi še preden spremembe sploh nastanejo. V raziskavi preučujemo modele strateškega menedžmenta, ki organizaciji služijo kot vodnik pri strateškem načrtovanju. Namen raziskave so podrobne opredelitve najpomembnejših in največkrat uporabljenih modelov strateškega menedžmenta, na podlagi katerih smo oblikovali nov model, ki smo ga prilagodili glede na trenutne razmere v okolju. Rezultati raziskave kažejo, da so si modeli med seboj izredno podobni, ter da se razlike kažejo predvsem v številu opredeljenih faz in natančnosti samega modela. Nov model zajema šest faz (1) pregled trenutnega stanja, strategij ter ostalih lastnosti, (2) raziskava okolja, (3) strateško načrtovanje in oblikovanje ključnih lastnosti organizacije, (4) oblikovanje in izbira ustreznih strategij, (5) uresničevanje strategij in izpolnjevanje strateškega načrta ter (6) ocenjevanje, evalvacija in kontrola implementiranih strategij. Ključno vodilo pri oblikovanju novega modela je bilo, da mora biti ta jasen, natančen, primeren za takojšnjo uporabo ter primeren za vsako organizacijo. Nov model je opredeljen natančno in podrobno ter zajema faze in podfaze, ki si kronološko sledijo. Če organizacija natančno sledi modelu in pravilno izvede celoten postopek, ustvari konkretne rezultate in si s tem pridobi konkurenčno prednost. Ugotovitve so pokazale, da je strateški menedžment, kot tudi modeli strateškega načrtovanja, izrednega pomena v trenutnem ekonomskem okolju.

Title:Theoretical definition of models and strategic planning techniques
Abstract:We live in extremely turbulent and rapidly changing times, which means that organizations have to adapt and change day by day according to the conditions in the environment. Predicting the future is of key importance in such times, on the basis of which the organization can adapt before the changes even occur. Therefore, we study strategic management models that serve as a guide for the organization in strategic planning. The heart of the research is the detailed definition of the most important and most frequently used models of strategic management, on the basis of which we created our own new model, which we adapted according to the current conditions in the environment. We found that the models are extremely similar to each other, and that the differences are manifested primarily in the number of defined phases and the accuracy of the model itself. Our model includes six phases (1) review of the current situation, strategies and other features, (2) research of the environment, (3) strategic planning and design of the organization's key features, (4) design and selection of appropriate strategies, (5) implementation of strategies and fulfillment strategic plan and (6) evaluation and control of implemented strategies. The key guideline in the design of the new model was that it should be clear, precise, suitable for immediate use and suitable for any organization. Each organization has to adapt the model slightly according to its characteristics and wishes. The new model is defined extremely precisely and in detail and includes phases and subphases that follow each other chronologically. If the organization follows the model exactly and executes the entire process correctly, it will reap concrete results and thereby gain a competitive advantage. The findings showed that strategic management as well as strategic planning models are extremely important in the current environment that surrounds us.
