Title:	PALLIATIVE CARE FOR CHRONICALLY AND INCURABLY ILL PATIENTS FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF COMMUNITY NURSING SERVICES
Abstract:	Palliative care is a holistic approach to managing chronically and terminally ill patients, aiming to improve the quality of life for both patients and their families. Since home nursing services are provided in the patient’s domestic environment, where patient and family needs are most pronounced, a systematic literature review was conducted to examine their role in palliative care during the period 2017–2024.
