Abstract:Uvod: Možganska kap je ena izmed najpogostejših vzrokov smrti v sodobnem svetu. Rehabilitacija je dolgotrajen proces, ki vključuje in povezuje širši zdravstveni tim. Glavni cilj rehabilitacije po možganski kapi je izboljšanje funkcioniranja prizadete osebe v vsakdanjem življenju. Za rehabilitacijo po možganski kapi se v zadnjih letih kot terapija uporablja navidezna resničnost. To je varna oblika terapije, ki je učinkovita pri izboljšanju delovanja zgornjih udov in pri opravljanju vsakodnevnih aktivnosti. Namen: Namen diplomskega dela je bil raziskati učinkovitost klinične uporabe navidezne resničnosti pri rehabilitaciji zgornjih udov pri osebah po možganski kapi. Metode: V diplomskem delu je bila uporabljena kvalitativna metoda pregleda literature. Članki so bili iskani v podatkovnih bazah PubMed, Science Direct in PEDro. Članke smo izbrali na podlagi vključitvenih in izključitvenih kriterijev. Rezultati: Vključenih je bilo sedem člankov na temo učinkovitosti klinične uporabe navidezne resničnosti pri rehabilitaciji zgornjih udov pri osebah po možganski kapi. Članki so bili objavljeni med letoma 2015 in 2025 in so ustrezali vsem vključitvenim in izključitvenim kriterijem. Članki so kazali na učinkovitost klinične uporabe navidezne resničnosti pri rehabilitaciji zgornjih udov pri osebah po možganski kapi. Zaključek: Klinična uporaba navidezne resničnosti je učinkovita pri rehabilitaciji zgornjih udov pri osebah po možganski kapi. Največja učinkovitost je dokazana, kadar je uporabljena v kombinaciji s konvencionalno terapijo. Poleg tega spodbuja bolnike k aktivnemu sodelovanju in povečuje njihovo motivacijo za redno izvajanje terapij.

Abstract:Introduction: Stroke is one of the most common causes of death in the modern world. Rehabilitation is a long-term process that involves and connects a broader healthcare team. The main goal of stroke rehabilitation is to improve the functioning of the affected person in everyday life. In recent years, virtual reality has been used as a therapy for rehabilitation after a stroke. It is a safe form of therapy that is effective in improving upper limb function and performing everyday activities. Purpose: The purpose of this thesis was to investigate the effectiveness of the clinical use of virtual reality in the rehabilitation of upper limbs in people after a stroke. Methods: A qualitative literature review method was used in this thesis. Articles were searched for in the PubMed, Science Direct and PEDro databases. Articles were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: Seven articles on the effectiveness of the clinical use of virtual reality in upper limb rehabilitation in people after a stroke were included. The articles were published between 2015 and 2025 and met all inclusion and exclusion criteria. The articles showed the effectiveness of the clinical use of virtual reality in upper limb rehabilitation in people after a stroke. Conclusion: The clinical use of virtual reality is effective in upper limb rehabilitation in people after a stroke. It's most effective when used together with conventional therapy. It also encourages patients to do their therapy and makes them more motivated to do it.
