Abstract:Magistrska naloga obravnava razvoj in optimizacijo kalibracijskega postopka za merilne dispenzorje, ki je ključen za zagotavljanje točnih, ponovljivih in zanesljivih meritev. Naloga vključuje podroben pregled relevantnih standardov (SIST EN ISO8655, ISO/TR 20461, ISO/IEC 17025, GMP, GAMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU GMP Annex 11), razvoj strukturiranega kalibracijskega protokola in specifikacijo zahtev za napreden meroslovno-informacijski sistem, ki podpira avtomatizacijo merilnih postopkov. Poudarek je tudi na integraciji umetne inteligence za izboljšanje natančnosti, hitrosti in zanesljivosti kalibracijskih procesov.

Title:Calibration of measuring dispensers : master's thesis
Abstract:The master's thesis focuses on the development and optimization of calibration procedure for liquid handling dispensers, which is essential for ensuring accurate, repeatable, and reliable measurements. The thesis includes a detailed review of relevant standards (SIST EN ISO 8655, ISO/TR 20461, ISO/IEC 17025, GMP, GAMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU GMP Annex 11), the development of a structured calibration protocol, and the specification of requirements for an advanced metrology information system that supports the automation of measurement procedures. Particular emphasis is also placed on the integration of artificial intelligence to improve the accuracy, speed, and reliability of calibration processes.
