Abstract:Magistrsko delo obravnava hibridno projektno vodenje kot integracijo klasičnega in agilnega pristopa k projektom. Z vključitvijo teoretičnih spoznanj in praktičnih izkušenj strokovnjakov naloga omogoča celovit vpogled v dinamiko in učinkovitost hibridnega vodenja projektov. Skozi analizo in primerjavo različnih pristopov k projektnemu vodenju naloga ponuja dragocene uvide za organizacije, ki želijo izboljšati svoje prakse vodenja projektov in doseči boljše rezultate pri svojih projektih.

Abstract:The master's thesis explores hybrid project management as an integration of classical and agile approaches to projects. The aim of the thesis is to examine how hybrid management combines the advantages of both approaches and what the conditions are for successful implementation and application of this approach. Through literature review and expert interviews, a range of advantages and disadvantages of classical and agile project management has been identified. Through analysis, it was possible to determine where and how the hybrid approach can improve the effectiveness of project management. The purpose of the thesis is also to evaluate whether combining the positive aspects of both approaches actually optimizes project management processes and whether this approach can be adapted to the specific needs and circumstances of organizations. The research is also focused on identifying key factors for successful implementation of hybrid project management. By incorporating theoretical insights and practical experiences of experts, the thesis provides a comprehensive insight into the dynamics and effectiveness of hybrid project management. Through analysis and comparison of different approaches to project management, the thesis offers valuable insights for organizations looking to improve their project management practices and achieve better results in their projects.
