Title:Vloga učitelja v baletnem izobraževanju pri odraslih : magistrsko delo študijskega programa druge bolonjske stopnje Študije plesnih umetnosti, Plesna pedagogika

Abstract:Magistrsko delo obravnava vlogo učiteljev v baletnem izobraževanju pri odraslih in se ukvarja z vprašanji, na kakšen način pristopiti k delu z odraslimi učenci, ki že imajo raznolike predhodne življenjske izkušnje. Ugotavlja, kakšni so andragoški pristopi in načini za poučevanje odraslih, učni stili in metode poučevanja. Raziskava o poučevanju odraslih pri baletu je bila kvalitativna, izvedena pa je bila s pomočjo opazovanja udeležencev, študijo primera. Udeleženci raziskave sta bila 2 moška plesalca in 6 ženskih plesalk. Ukvarja se s postopki, kako pristopiti k učenju novih vaj in koreografije, diferencirati glede na posameznikove sposobnosti, različne stopnje predznanja in na kakšen način jih pripeljati do cilja. Empirični del vsebuje pedagoški del z učno uro, prikazana je analiza učne ure in koreografije, ki so jo odrasli učenci na koncu procesa javno nastopali. Rezultati so pokazali, da lahko odrasli baletni plesalci s pravilnim andragoškim pristopom in kljub različnim stopnjam predznanja dosežejo zastavljene cilje, ključno pa je ustvarjanje varnega učnega okolja, ki omogoča razvoj novih spretnosti. Uspešen učitelj baleta za odrasle mora znati prilagajati svojo metodologijo različnim življenjskim izkušnjam udeležencev, upoštevati njihova predznanja ter individualne fizične zmožnosti. Raziskava je potrdila, da je gradnja kakovostnega odnosa med učiteljem in učenci temelj uspešnega izobraževalnega procesa, pri čemer ima pomembno vlogo tudi učiteljeva sposobnost čustvenega vključevanja v proces poučevanja. Magistrsko delo prispeva k razvoju andragogike na področju baletnega izobraževanja in ponuja smernice za učitelje baleta, ki delajo z odraslimi. Ugotovitve poudarjajo pomen prožnega poučevanja, ki združuje tradicionalne baletne pristope z modernim razumevanjem učenja odraslih ter spodbuja kontinuirano rast in razvoj tako učencev kot učiteljev.

Abstract:This master's thesis examines the role of teachers in ballet education for adults and addresses questions about how to approach working with adult students who already have diverse life experiences. It determines andragogical approaches and methods for teaching adults, learning styles, and teaching methods. The research on teaching ballet to adults was qualitative, conducted through participant observation and case study. The research participants included 2 male dancers and 6 female dancers. The thesis explores procedures for approaching the teaching of new exercises and choreography, differentiating according to individual capabilities, varying levels of prior knowledge, and how to guide students toward their goals. The empirical part contains a pedagogical section with a lesson plan, analysis of the lesson, and choreography that the adult students publicly performed at the end of the process. The results showed that adult ballet dancers can achieve set goals with the proper andragogical approach despite different levels of prior knowledge, with the creation of a safe learning environment being crucial for the development of new skills. A successful ballet teacher for adults must know how to adapt their methodology to participants' diverse life experiences, consider their prior knowledge, and account for individual physical capabilities. The research confirmed that building a quality relationship between teacher and students is the foundation of a successful educational process, with the teacher's ability to emotionally engage in the teaching process playing an important role. This master's thesis contributes to the development of andragogy in the field of ballet education and offers guidelines for ballet teachers working with adults. The findings emphasize the importance of flexible teaching that combines traditional ballet approaches with a modern understanding of adult learning, and encourages continuous growth and development of both students and teachers.
