Abstract:Uvod: Nogometaši so tekom športnega udejstvovanja izpostavljeni delovanju velikih sil, številnim spremembam smeri in veliki količini teka, zaradi česar prihaja do mišičnega utrujanja, ki nemalokrat vodi v poškodbe. V literaturi se kot rešitev navaja dober preventivni model, ki odpravlja notranje in zunanje dejavnike tveganja za nastanek poškodb. Skladno z omenjenim, se v današnjem času vedno pogosteje uporablja izokinetična dinamometrija. Glede na obstoječe raziskave vpliva mišičnega utrujanja na razvoj maksimalnega mišičnega navora stegenskih mišic ne gre zaznati, zato je namen magistrske naloge usmerjen v ugotavljanje omenjenega. Metode: 85 nogometašev iz prve slovenske članske in mladinske lige je opravilo testiranje maksimalnega mišičnega navora mišic upogibalk in iztegovalk kolena na napravi za izokinetično dinamometrijo. Vsi preiskovanci so bili izpostavljeni intervenciji mišičnega utrujanja, čemur je sledilo ponovno opravljanje testiranja maksimalnega mišičnega navora, tokrat z večjim številom ponovitev. Preiskovanci so izpolnili anketni vprašalnik, vezan na športno aktivnost ter predhodne poškodbe. Sledila je statistična analiza podatkov. Rezultati: Izkazalo se je, da obstaja statistično značilna razlika med maksimalnim mišičnim navorom pred in po izvedenem mišičnem utrujanju. Pri predhodno poškodovanih posameznikih se je izkazalo, da je bila razlika med predhodno poškodovano in nepoškodovano stranjo, pred in po izvedbi testiranja, statistično značilna. To se je izkazalo tudi v primeru razlike spremembe maksimalnega navora mišic upogibalk kolena pri posameznikih s predhodno poškodbo te mišične skupine. Prisotnost predhodne poškodbe stegenskih mišic na spremembo maksimalnega mišičnega navora ter spremembo razmerja navorov ni imelo vpliva. Zaključek: Rezultati dela nakazujejo, da je razumevanje poškodb stegenskih mišic kompleksno, pri čemer ima mišično utrujanje močan vpliv.

Abstract:Introduction: Football players are exposed to large forces, frequent changes of direction and a large amount of running, which leads to muscle fatigue and often results in injuries. Therefore, a good preventive model that eliminates internal and external risk factors for injury is suggested. Accordingly, isokinetic dynamometry is increasingly used in the recent years. The aim of this master's thesis is to determine the influence of muscle fatigue on the development of maximum muscle torque of the thigh muscles, which according to existing research, has not yet been clearly established. Methods: 85 football players from the Slovenian first and youth football league were tested on an isokinetic dynamometry device to determine maximum muscle torque of the knee flexors and extensors. All subjects underwent a muscle fatigue intervention, followed by a repeated maximal torque test with an increased number of repetitions. Additionally, participants completed a questionnaire regarding their sports activity and history of previous injuries. Statistical data analysis was then conducted. Results: There is a statistically significant difference between the maximum muscle torque before and after the muscle fatigue test. Among previously injured participants, a statistically significant difference was observed between the previously injured and uninjured sides, both before and after testing. This was also shown in the change of maximal torque of the knee flexor muscles among participants with a history of injury in this muscle group. However, a previous injury to the thigh muscles did not have a significant influence on the change in maximal muscle torque or the torque ratio. Conclusion: The results indicate that the understanding of thigh muscle injuries is complex, with muscle fatigue having a substantial role in their development.
