Abstract:Ta podatkovna zbirka vsebuje anonimizirane klinične podatke odraslih bolnikov z osteoartritisom (OA) kolena, zdravljenih z enkratno intraartikularno injekcijo avtolognih stromalnih celic, pridobljenih iz maščobnega tkiva in apliciranih v obliki stromalne vaskularne frakcije (SVF). Bolniki so bili zdravljeni v Arthros v obdobju 2020–2022. Klinični izidi so ocenjeni z vprašalnikom Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score (KOOS), ki vključuje domene bolečina (Pain), simptomi (Symptoms), aktivnosti vsakodnevnega življenja (ADL), šport in rekreacija (Sport and Recreation) ter kakovost življenja (QoL).

Title:Clinical data from adult patients with knee osteoarthritis (OA) treated with a single intra-articular injection of autologous stromal vascular fraction (SVF)
Abstract:This dataset contains anonymized clinical data from adult patients with knee osteoarthritis (OA) treated with a single intra-articular injection of autologous adipose-derived stromal cells delivered as stromal vascular fraction (SVF). Patients were treated in Arthros medical centre in period 2020-2022. The dataset supports research on the effectiveness and safety of SVF therapy and enables exploration of patient- and treatment-related factors associated with clinical outcomes over one year. Participant characteristics include biological sex, age at baseline assessment, body mass index (BMI), and radiographic osteoarthritis severity classified according to the Kellgren–Lawrence (KL) grading system (grades II–III). Baseline pain intensity is provided using the Visual Analog Scale (VAS), enabling characterization of symptom burden prior to treatment. Clinical outcomes are assessed using the Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score (KOOS), including the domains Pain, Symptoms, Activities of Daily Living (ADL), Sport and Recreation, and Quality of Life (QoL). KOOS data are recorded at baseline and at 3- and 12-month follow-up visits after SVF administration, enabling analysis of short- and mid-term changes in patient-reported knee function and quality of life. The dataset further includes indicators describing the administered SVF product and cell dose, including total nucleated cell count (TNC) and colony-forming unit–fibroblast (CFU-F) measures. Together, these data allow investigation of potential dose–response relationships and predictive factors (e.g., age, sex, BMI, OA grade, and cell dose) influencing clinical improvement following autologous SVF therapy for knee osteoarthritis.
