Abstract:V diplomski nalogi proučujemo organiziranje kot eno izmed ključnih funkcij menedžmenta, ki neposredno vpliva na uspešnost poslovanja podjetja, motivacijo zaposlenih in doseganje strateških ciljev organizacije.

Title:MODERN APPROACHES TO WORK ORGANIZATION
Abstract:This diploma thesis explores organizing as one of the key functions of management, directly influencing a company's business performance, employee motivation, and the achievement of strategic organizational goals. Organizing is understood as the process through which an appropriate operational structure is established, clearly defining tasks, responsibilities, authorities, and relationships among employees. It is a dynamic process that must continuously adapt to changes in the environment, technology, and human resources. In the empirical part, we examine the organization of the company and its work organization processes. Based on four highlighted research questions and a web-based survey, we found that the organization of work in the selected company is oriented towards self-organization. We also discovered that the managers have overly high expectations considering the number of field employees. Although employees are generally satisfied with the current organization, they believe there is still room for improvement. Good work organization significantly affects employee satisfaction. Since one of the main proposed improvements is the structuring of work systematization, we can conclude that the respondents do not have excessive expectations from management. Interviews with management confirm that work organization plays a key role in ensuring efficiency and employee satisfaction. Managers agree that good organization leads to higher work performance, greater employee motivation, and better working conditions. At the same time, they emphasize that organization is not a one-size-fits-all process; it requires adaptation, collaboration, and clear communication among all stakeholders.
