Title:Analiza 10 aplikacij za vodenje projektov in sodelovanje skupin : diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega programa prve bolonjske stopnje Management poslovnih sistemov

Abstract:V diplomskem delu je obravnavana analiza desetih izbranih aplikacij za vodenje projektov in sodelovanje skupin. Na podlagi analize in preverjenih hipotez diplomsko delo podaja priporočila za izboljšanje funkcionalnosti in uporabnosti teh aplikacij z namenom povečanja njihove učinkovitosti. Preverjene so tudi zastavljene hipoteze, in sicer da vsaj 80 % analiziranih aplikacij ponuja možnost 30-dnevne demo različice, da vsaj 90 % aplikacij vsebuje možnost uporabe gantograma, da jih vsaj 90 % omogoča integracijo oziroma združitev še z vsaj eno drugo programsko opremo, kot je Salesforce, da jih vsaj 80 % ponuja vsaj eno obliko podpore uporabnikom, kot je klepetalni robot, in da vsaj 80 % analiziranih aplikacij omogoča skupno istočasno urejanje in kreiranje dokumentov ter s tem sodelovalno delo. Kot raziskovalne metode so uporabljene metode kompilacije, deskripcije, analize, komparacije in primerjalne analize. Rezultati raziskave kažejo na to, da so analizirane aplikacije po svojih funkcionalnostih obsežne, kar potrjuje njihovo kompleksnost, široko uporabnost in sposobnost prilagajanja posameznemu uporabniku, ekipi ali funkciji znotraj organizacije. Podpora uporabnikom na spletnih straneh ponudnikov analiziranih aplikacij in tudi med uporabo teh aplikacij je obsežna, saj vključuje številne vrste gradiv in se prilagaja potrebam uporabnikom. Glede paketov v ponudbi se ponudniki aplikacij v večji meri nanašajo na brezplačne različice kot na 30-dnevne demo različice. Uporaba gantograma znotraj aplikacij in možnost skupnega istočasnega urejanja priloženih dokumentov sta pri večini aplikacij omogočeni samo s pomočjo dodatkov.

Abstract:The thesis deals with the analysis of ten selected applications for project management and team collaboration. Based on the conducted analysis and validated hypotheses, the thesis provides recommendations for improving the functionality and usability of these applications, with the goal of enhancing their overall efficiency. The following hypotheses are examined: at least 80% of the analyzed applications offer a 30-day demo version; at least 90% of the applications include the option of using a Gantt chart; at least 90% enable integration or connection with at least one other software solution, such as Salesforce; at least 80% provide at least one form of user support, such as a chatbot; and at least 80% of the analyzed applications allow simultaneous editing and creation of documents, thereby supporting collaborative work. The research employs several methods, including compilation, description, analysis, comparison, and comparative analysis. The results of the research indicate that the analyzed applications are highly comprehensive in terms of their functionalities, which confirms their complexity, broad applicability, and ability to adapt to an individual user, team, or function within an organization. User support offered by the providers of the analyzed applications is extensive, as it includes many types of materials and adapts to the needs of the users. Regarding the available packages, application providers mostly refer to free versions rather than 30-day trial versions. The use of Gantt charts within applications and the ability to simultaneously edit attached documents is only possible with the help of add-ons in most applications.
