Abstract:Teoretična izhodišča: Anafilaksija je akutna, življenjsko ogrožajoča preobčutljivostna reakcija, ki zahteva takojšnje ukrepanje. Bistvo nujne obravnave anafilaktičnega šoka je pravočasna uporaba epinefrina, ki z delovanjem na različne adrenergične receptorje blaži življenjsko ogrožajoče simptome. Kljub širokemu strokovnemu soglasju o učinkovitosti epinefrina obstajajo razlike glede najprimernejšega načina njegove aplikacije, pri čemer pa so najpogostejši intramuskularni, subkutani in intravenski pristop. Metode: V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela smo uporabili deskriptivno metodo in metodo kompilacije, s katero smo pregledali domačo in tujo strokovno literaturo. V empiričnem delu raziskave smo uporabili deskriptivno metodo in metodo komparacije, kjer smo primerjali strokovne članke, ki smo jih izbrali. Z metodo sinteze smo združili ugotovitve. Uporabili smo kvalitativno metodo raziskovanja. Za zbiranje podatkov smo uporabili statistično analizo pregleda relevantne literature ter jo prikazali z diagramom PRISMA. Rezultati: V okviru diplomskega dela smo prebrali in podrobneje pregledali sto tri članke in ostalo strokovno literaturo. Za odgovore na zastavljena raziskovalna vprašanja smo podrobneje pregledali sedem virov. Ugotovitve smo predstavili opisno v poglavju o rezultatih. Razprava: Po prebrani strokovni literaturi, ki smo jo uporabili v diplomskem delu, smo ugotovili, da je majhna količina literature iz slovenskega okolja. Smiselne bi bile raziskave v Sloveniji, da bi lahko primerjali rezultate iz tujine.

Abstract:Theoretical background: Anaphylaxis is an acute, life-threatening hypersensitivity reaction that requires immediate action. The essence of emergency treatment of anaphylactic shock is the timely use of epinephrine, which, by acting on various adrenergic receptors, alleviates life-threatening symptoms. Despite broad expert consensus on the effectiveness of epinephrine, there are differences regarding the most appropriate method of its administration, the most common of which are intramuscular, subcutaneous, and intravenous approaches. Methods: In the theoretical part of the thesis, we used the descriptive method and the compilation method, with which we reviewed domestic and foreign professional literature. In the empirical part of the research, we used the descriptive method and the comparison method, where we compared the professional articles that we selected. We combined the findings with the synthesis method. We used a qualitative research method. To collect data, we used statistical analysis of the relevant literature review and presented it with a PRISMA diagram. Results: As part of the thesis, we read and reviewed one hundred and three articles and other professional literature in detail. To answer the research questions, we reviewed seven sources in detail. The findings were presented descriptively and with a table in the results chapter. Discussion: After reading the expert literature that we used in the thesis, we found that there is a small amount of literature from the Slovenian environment. Research in Slovenia would be meaningful in order to compare results from abroad.
