Title:NUMERIČNA ANALIZA ELEMENTOV VERIŽNIH POGONOV NA RAZŽIČEVALNEM STROJU

Abstract:Leta 2023 je podjetje Willy Stadler d. o. o. trgu predstavilo prvi stroj, ki v enem samem prehodu odstrani žico iz križno vezanih bal odpadkov, s čimer odpravi potrebo po dvojnem doziranju ali ročnem delu. Na stroju je sedemnajst pogonov, od tega osem verižnih. Le-te sestavljajo elektromotor, pogonska in gnana gred, veriga, verižnika, ležaji, ležajna ohišja ter vijaki. Zaradi dinamičnih obremenitev prihaja do utrujanja in okvar na elementih verižnih pogonov, kar povzroča zastoje pri obratovanju. V tej diplomski nalogi se je izvedel pregled zgodovine okvar, priprava CAD modelov pogonov s programsko opremo Autodesk Inventor in numerična analiza najbolj kritičnih mest s programskim paketom ANSYS. Na podlagi rezultatov so bile podane ugotovitve in predlagane konstrukcijske izboljšave, kot so sprememba materiala, geometrije ali pritrditve elementov.

Title:NUMERICAL ANALYSIS OF CHAIN DRIVE ELEMENTS ON DEWIRING MACHINE
Abstract:In 2023, the company Willy Stadler d.o.o. introduced to the market the first machine capable of removing wire from cross-wired bales of waste in a single pass, thereby eliminating the need for double feeding or manual labor. The machine is equipped with seventeen drives, eight of which are chain drives. These consist of an electric motor, a driving and a driven shaft, a chain, a sprockets, bearings, bearing housings, and bolts. Due to dynamic loads and fatigue, failures occur in the elements of the chain drives, leading to operational downtime. In this bachelor’s thesis, a review of the failure history was carried out, CAD models of the drives were prepared using Autodesk Inventor software, and a numerical analysis of the most critical areas was performed using ANSYS software. Based on the results, conclusions were drawn and design improvements were proposed, such as changes in material, geometry, or the fastening of components.
