Abstract:Diplomska naloga obravnava uporabo metod zagotavljanja kakovosti pri obnovi objekta.

Title:THE USE OF QUALITY ASSURANCE METHODS IN BUILDING RENOVATION
Abstract:This thesis examines the application of quality assurance methods in building renovation. It highlights the importance of a planned approach to risk management and improving oversight of the renovation process. The theoretical section presents basic quality concepts and selected quality assurance methods, such as: the FMEA method, the PDCA method, the Ishikawa diagram, the 5 Whys method, the Pareto chart, and the checklist, as well as the main phases of building renovation. The work methodology presents the building, identified critical points, and the work process. Subsequently, selected quality assurance methods are applied to a practical renovation example. The critical phases of the renovation process and potential errors during execution are identified. Using FMEA analysis, the main critical failures in the process and their impact on the renovation process are determined. The PDCA method was used to improve the execution of individual renovation phases. The results and findings of the thesis indicate that the use of quality assurance methods could significantly improve risk identification and work organization in building renovations, thereby ensuring greater reliability and cost-effectiveness in the execution of the renovation.
