Abstract:MILIĆ, Maja: Pomen promocije zdravja za uspešnost na delovnem mestu Uvod in namen: Cilj diplomske naloge je raziskati vpliv promocije zdravja in z njim povezano uspešnost na delovnem mestu, s poudarkom na psihofizičnem počutju zaposlenih ter zmanjševanju bolniških odsotnosti. Namen naloge je osvetliti pomen načrtnega spodbujanja zdravja kot strateške usmeritve organizacij za doseganje večje produktivnosti in zadovoljstva zaposlenih. Metode: V teoretičnem delu smo uporabili metodo analize znanstvene in strokovne literature s področja promocije zdravja in delovne učinkovitosti. Empirični del temelji na kvantitativni raziskavi, opravljeni z anketnim vprašalnikom, ki je vključeval 23 vprašanj. V raziskavi je sodelovalo 54 zaposlenih iz trgovskega podjetja Lidl. Rezultati: Rezultati kažejo, da promocija zdravja pozitivno vpliva na fizično in duševno počutje zaposlenih ter na njihovo delovno motivacijo. Zaposleni programom pripisujejo pomembno vlogo pri izboljšanju vzdušja, zmanjšanju stresa in večji delovni zavzetosti. Uporabnost: Naloga ponuja konkretna priporočila za organizacije, ki želijo izboljšati počutje zaposlenih ter znižati stroške bolniških odsotnosti z uvedbo sistematičnih ukrepov promocije zdravja. Omejitve: Raziskava je bila izvedena le v enem podjetju in na manjšem vzorcu, zato ugotovitve niso v celoti posplošljive. Title:The importance of health promotion for workplace prerformance
Abstract:MILIĆ, Maja: The importance of health promotion for workplace performance Introduction and purpose: The aim of this thesis is to investigate the impact of health promotion and its related effectiveness in the workplace, with an emphasis on the psychophysical well-being of employees and the reduction of sick leave. The purpose of the thesis is to highlight the importance of systematic health promotion as a strategic orientation of organizations to achieve greater productivity and employee satisfaction. Methods: In the theoretical part, we used the method of analysis of scientific and professional literature in the field of health promotion and work efficiency. The empirical part is based on quantitative research conducted with a questionnaire that included 23 questions. The survey included 54 employees from the retail company Lidl. Results: The findings show that health promotion has a positive impact on employees’ physical and mental well-being as well as their motivation at work. Employees attribute a key role to such programs in improving workplace atmosphere, reducing stress, and increasing engagement. Usability: The thesis provides practical recommendations for organizations seeking to improve employee well-being and reduce costs related to sick leave through systematic health promotion initiatives. Limitations: The study was conducted in only one company and with a small sample, so the findings cannot be fully generalized.
