Abstract:Magistrsko delo obravnava primerjavo različnih sistemov HVAC za dom starejših občanov. V prvem delu so predstavljeni strokovni članki s področja energetske primerjave sistemov HVAC. Opisani so stavba, meteorološki podatki lokacije in sestavni deli ovoja. S programom KI Energija smo naredili izračun toplotnih prehodnosti posameznih segmentov ovoja. V programu DesignBuilder smo naredili model objekta in definirali karakteristike ovoja ter notranjega okolja. V programu smo izvedli analizo treh sistemov HVAC in primerjali kazalnike rabe energije ter stroške investicije in obratovanja.

Title:Optimisation of HVAC systems regarding energy efficiency and operating costs
Abstract:This master’s thesis compares various HVAC systems for a nursing home. The first part presents technical and scientific literature on the energy performance comparison of HVAC systems. The building, location-specific meteorological data, and the components of the building envelope are described. Using the KI Energija software, the thermal transmittance of individual building envelope segments was calculated. A building model was developed in DesignBuilder, where the characteristics of the building envelope and the indoor environment were defined. The software was then used to analyze three HVAC systems and to compare their energy consumption indicators as well as investment and operating costs.
