Title:Analiza in optimizacija sistema hlajenja elektro omare tabletirnega stroja z uporabo numeričnih metod

Abstract:Diplomska naloga obravnava analizo in optimizacijo pregrevanja elektro omare tabletirnega stroja. Z uporabo sodobnih računalniških orodij je analiza precej enostavnejša kot v preteklosti, prav tako pa je možno z izvajanjem simulacij poiskati rešitev oziroma opraviti optimizacijo. V diplomski nalogi je prikazan proces analize trenutnega stanja na podlagi izvajanja meritev temperature z natančnim prerisom elektro omare. Preko postopkov modeliranja in mreženja v računalniškem programu Ansys, se prične z izvajanjem računalniške analize trenutnega stanja ter simulacija dinamike fluida po metodi končnih volumnov. Za rešitev težav s pregrevanjem se v postopku modeliranja izvede več sprememb na simulacijskem modelu, nato se z izvajanjem simulacij primerja rezultate z rezultati obstoječega stanja. Na podlagi primerjave se izbere najboljšo spremembo na računalniškem modelu, ki jo je možno uporabiti tudi v praksi

Title:Analysis and optimization of the cooling system of the electrical cabinet of the tablet press using numerical methods
Abstract:The final work deals with the analysis and optimization of tablet press electrical cabinet overheating. Using modern computer tools, the analysis is much simpler than in the past, it is also possible to find a solution or perform optimization by performing fast computer simulations. The thesis shows the proces of analysing the current state based on temperature measurements and a detailed drawing of the electrical cabinet. Through modeling and meshing procedures in the computer program Ansys, a computer analysis, of the current state and a simulation of fluid dynamics using the finite volume method are performed. To solve the problem, several changes are made to the model in the modeling process and the results are compared with the results of the existing state by re-simulations. Based on comparison, the best change to the computer model is selected, which can also be used in practice.
