Ugotovitve poudarjajo pomen celostnega pristopa k obravnavi poklicnega stresa v obeh delovnih okoljih.

Title:EXPERIENCING STRESS AMONG CIVIL EMERGENCY MEDICAL PERSONNEL AND MILITARY HEALTHCARE STAFF
Abstract:Stress in prehospital and military environments is closely linked to the specific demands of these professions, as confirmed by numerous national and international studies. Early recognition of stressors and adequate awareness of available support options are essential for maintaining employees’ mental health. The study indicates that organizational and professional support play an important role in mitigating the negative effects of stress, highlighting the need to further develop preventive programs that include professional assistance, education, and the strengthening of psychological resilience. The findings underscore the importance of a comprehensive approach to addressing occupational stress in both work environments.
