Title:Zasnova in izvedba ter vrednotenje programa kot pomoč pri krepitvi interocepcije in samoregulacije

Abstract:Za namene magistrske naloge smo zasnovali in izvedli program z interoceptivnimi vajami, prilagojenimi iz priročnika dr. Emme Goodall, ki je sodelovala z avstralsko vlado. Ugotavljali smo ali lahko s pomočjo interoceptivnih aktivnosti pomagamo mladostnikom pri krepitvi interocepcije in samoregulacijskih procesov. V ta namen je bila izbrana skupina mladostnikov, s katerimi smo interoceptivne aktivnosti izvajali v 8-tedenskem programu, kjer so v osmih srečanjih izvedli različne aktivnosti, ki vključujejo zaznavanje telesnih občutkov. Zaradi narave problema smo uporabili kvantitativni in kvalitativni raziskovalni pristop. Objektivni podatki so bili preučevani s kvantitativno metodo z MAIA-Y vprašalnikom pred programom in po njem. S kvalitativno metodo smo s pomočjo intervjuja zbrali podatke po koncu programa z vodjo dejavnosti, z opisno anketo pa ovrednotili program s strani udeležencev. Na ta način smo vse ugotovitve povezali v končno zasnovo. Na podlagi dobljenih podatkov ne moremo potrditi, da omenjeni program pomaga krepitvi interocepcije in samoregulacije mladostnikov.

Title:Creation, Implementation and Evaluation of a Program as a Facilitating Tool to Strenghten Adolescents‘ Interoception and Self-Regulation
Abstract:In a masters research we designed a programme aimed at supporting adolescents in strenghtening interoceptive processes. For this purpose, we adopted interoceptive activities developed and implemented by dr. Emma Goodall in collaboration with the Australian government and adapted the excercises and the programme for a smaller group of healthy adolescent participants. The study investigated whether interoceptive activities can enhance adolescent interoception and self—regulatory processes. A group of adolescent participated in an 8-week comprising eight activities focusing on the perception of bodily sensations. Given the nature of a research problem, a mix-methods design was applied. Objective data were collected using a MAIA-Y questionnaire administered before and after the programme. Qualitative data were obtained through an interview with the leader of a group, and the programme was additionally evaluated by participants using a descriptive survey. The findings were subsequently integrated into a final conceptual interpretation. Based on a research´s results we cannot confirm that above mentioned program helps with strengthenign adolescents´ interoception and self-regulation.
