Opis:Diplomska naloga z naslovom »Pomen mehkih veščin pri načrtovanju kariere: priprava mladih na izzive sodobnega trga dela« obravnava pomen mehkih veščin pri načrtovanju kariere mladih v okvira sodobnega, hitro spreminjajočega se trga dela. Izhodišče raziskave predstavlja predpostavka, da formalno izobraževanje mladim pogosto ne zagotavlja vseh kompetenc, ki jih delodajalci pričakujejo, zato postajajo mehke veščine ključ do zaposljivosti in dolgoročnega kariernega razvoja. V teoretičnem delu predstavljamo opredelitve mehkih veščin, njihovo vlogo v izobraževalnem sistemu, pomen pri prehodu mladih na trg dela ter povezavo z načrtovanjem kariere, sodoben trg dela in načine, kako mladi nanj vstopajo. Še posebej se poudarja vpliv digitalizacije, globalizacije in negotovosti na sodobne karierne poti in karierni razvoj. Empirični del temelji na kvantitativni raziskavi, izvedeni med mladimi. Namen raziskave je bil ugotoviti, kako mladi ocenjujejo raven razvitosti svojih mehkih veščin, katere veščine prepoznavajo kot najpomembnejše za uspešen vstop na trg dela, na kakšen način jih razvijajo ter s kakšnimi ovirami se pri tem srečujejo. Raziskava je prav tako preučevala povezavo med samooceno mehkih veščin in kariernimi cilji mladih ter zaznano učinkovitost različnih oblik podpore, kot so karierno svetovanje, mentorstvo in neformalne oblike učenja. Ugotovitve kažejo, da se mladi sicer zavedajo pomena mehkih veščin za svoj karierni razvoj, vendar pogosto zaznavajo pomanjkanje celovite podpore pri njihovem razvoju. Naloga poudarja potrebo po večji vlogi izobraževalnih ustanov, delodajalcev in podpornih institucij pri celostnem razvoju mladih ter pri pripravi na izzive sodobnega trga dela.

Opis:The diploma thesis titled »The Importance of Soft Skills in Career Planning: Preparing Young People for the Challenges of the Modern Labour Market« discusses the importance of soft skills in career planning for young people in the context of the modern, rapidly changing labor market. The starting point of the research is the assumption that formal education often does not provide young people with all the competencies that employers expect, which is why soft skills are becoming the key to employability and long-term career development. The theoretical part presents definitions of soft skills, their role in the education system, their importance in the transition of young people to the labor market, and their connection to career planning, the modern labor market, and how young people enter it. Particular emphasis is placed on the impact of digitalisation, globalisation and uncertainty on modern career paths and career development. The empirical part is based on a quantitative survey conducted among young people. The purpose of the research was to determine how young people assess the level of development of their soft skills, which skills they recognize as most important for successful entry into the labor market, how they develop them, and what obstacles they encounter in doing so. The survey also examined the link between young people's self-assessment of soft skills and their career goals, as well as the perceived effectiveness of various forms of support, such as career counseling, mentoring, and informal learning. The findings show that young people are aware of the importance of soft skills for their career development, but often perceive a lack of comprehensive support for their development. The task emphasizes the need for a greater role for educational institutions, employers, and support institutions in the comprehensive development of young people and in preparing them for the challenges of the modern labor market.
