Title:Fizioterapevtska obravnava dimeljske bolečine pri nogometaših - pregled literature : diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študijskega programa prve bolonjske stopnje Fizioterapija

Abstract:Uvod: Bolečina v dimljah je pogost pojav pri igralcih nogometa. Zaradi velike količine teka, šprinta, sprememb smeri in brcanja je področje dimelj pri nogometaših zelo obremenjeno. Razlog za tovrstno bolečino je lahko poškodba primikalk kolka, poškodba upogibalk kolka, športna hernija ali pubična bolečina. Najpogostejši razlog pa so primikalke kolka, kjer je pogosteje poškodovana mišica adduktor longus. Pri nogometaših je pomembna preventiva, da se poškodba ne ponovi oziroma pojavi. Namen diplomskega dela je ugotoviti učinkovitost manualne terapije in kinezioterapije pri odpravi dimlejske bolečine in med seboj primerjati metodi zdravljenja. Metode: Izvedli smo sistematični pregled literature. Primerno literaturo smo iskali v podatkovnih bazah kot so: PubMed, Google Scholar, PEDro in ScienceDirect in izbor primerne literature ponazorili s pomočjo PRISMA diagrama, kjer smo vključili vključitvene in izključitvene kriterije. Po pregledu smo se odločili, da vključimo 8 raziskav, ki so primerne za našo diplomsko nalogo. Rezultati: Rezultati so potrdili učinkovitost kinezioterapije pri odpravi dimeljske bolečine. Kinezioterapija kaže pozitivne rezultate tudi pri preventivi, medtem ko manualna terapija nima trdnih dokazov o njeni učinkovitosti pri odpravi dimeljske bolečine. Za učinkovito se je izkazala kombinacija obeh metod, zaradi pomankanja raziskav pa metodi med seboj ne moremo primerjati. Zaključek: Zaradi pogostosti pojava dimeljske bolečine pri nogometaših je pomembno, da poznamo učinkovite intervencije pri odpravi bolečine. Trenutno je smiselno v proces rehabilitacije vključiti kombinacijo manualne terapije in kinezioterapije ter v preventivne programe vključiti tudi vaje za krepitev primikalk kolka.

Abstract:Introduction: Groin pain is a common occurrence among soccer players. Due to the high amount of running, sprinting, changing direction, and kicking, the groin area of soccer players is highly stressed. The cause of groin pain can be a hip adductor injury, a hip flexor injury, sports hernia, or pubic pain. The most common cause is the adductor longus muscle, which is more frequently injured in the hip adductors. Preventing injuries from recurring or occurring is important for soccer players, and the purpose of the thesis is to determine the effectiveness of manual therapy and kinesiotherapy in eliminating groin pain and comparing the two treatment methods. Methods: We conducted a systematic literature review. We searched for relevant literature in databases such as PubMed, Google Scholar, PEDro, and ScienceDirect and illustrated the selection of relevant literature using a PRISMA diagram, where we included inclusion and exclusion criteria. After reviewing, we decided to include 8 studies that are suitable for our thesis. Results: The results confirmed the effectiveness of kinesitherapy in eliminating groin pain. Kinesiotherapy shows positive results in prevention, while manual therapy has no solid evidence of its effectiveness in relieving groin pain. A combination of both methods has proven effective, but due to the lack of research, the methods cannot be compared. Conclusion: Due to the frequency of groin pain in soccer players, it is important to know effective interventions to eliminate pain. Currently, it makes sense to include a combination of manual therapy and kinesiotherapy in the rehabilitation process. And include exercises to strengthen the hip adductors in preventive programs.
