Abstract:Magistrska naloga obravnava vlogo organizacijskega komuniciranja pri spodbujanju zdrave prehrane in telesne aktivnosti med mladostniki.

Title:Organizational Communication as a Factor in Promoting Healthy Nutrition and Physical Activity among Adolescents
Abstract:The master's thesis deals with the role of organizational communication in promoting healthy eating and physical activity among adolescents. It stems from the problem of increasing unhealthy lifestyle habits in this age group, which are reflected in inadequate nutrition and reduced physical activity. Adolescence is a key developmental period in which life patterns are formed, therefore preventive and promotional activities have an important long-term impact on individual health. The research focuses on the role of organizations such as schools, sports clubs and health institutions, which influence the behavior of adolescents with various communication strategies. Organizational communication is presented as an important factor that shapes attitudes, motivation and acceptance of health messages. The purpose of the thesis is to analyze the impact of organizational communication on adolescents' attitudes towards a healthy lifestyle and to determine the effectiveness of various communication channels and approaches. The research is based on a quantitative method (questionnaire) and includes an analysis of adolescents' perceptions and the links between the quality of communication and their habits. The task also includes research questions and hypotheses that examine the impact of communication on dietary and physical activity habits, trust in different communication channels, and the role of involving adolescents in organizational communication activities. The results should contribute to a better understanding and improvement of communication strategies to promote healthy lifestyles among young people.
