V raziskavo smo zajeli večino fizioterapevtov celjske regije zaposlenih v bolnišnici, zdravstvenem domu, zdravilišču in fizioterapevte zaposlene v lastnem podjetju.

Title:Prisotnost stresa pri fizioterapevtih v različnih delovnih okoljih
Abstract:Theoretical starting points: Stress is a natural response to the events and the changes we must become accustomed to or adapt. The factors of stress are present everywhere, even in the working position and influence differently every individual. In some working positions, among them also the professions in the health sector, the employees are especially exposed to stress. Method: In the research we were ascertaining the presence of the stress among the physiotherapists in different working environments. As a researching instrument we used the survey questionnaire. In the research we included most of the physiotherapists of the Celje region, who work in the hospital, in the community health center, health resort, and physiotherapists, employed in their own company. Results: We ascertained that 83 % of the participants are exposed to stress in their working position. 45 % of the participants work in bad working conditions and 60% of the participants do not have the appropriate light to their disposal. We also ascertained that 19% of the physiotherapists work in rooms without the appropriate air-conditioning. 37 % of the participants believe that stress in their working position influences their family and partner relationships badly. Approximately 50 % of the physiotherapists overcome stress by regular physical exercise. Discussion: By means of our research work we confirmed that stress is also present in the working position of physiotherapists, employed in the public healthcare and in health resorts. It is surprising that private physiotherapists believe that they are not exposed to stress at their working positions. Taking care of stress prevent
